What is the quintessential definition of happiness? Intent on finding happiness once more, I collected my own top favourite 8 happiness definitions on my happiness journey. Some are esoteric, others down to earth and practical.
True happiness comes from knowing what makes YOU happy.
For me personally, happiness is a thing of beauty and is uplifting. We all go in search of happiness, and yet it remains intangible because we do not know what it looks, sounds, feels, smells or tastes like.
If you're seeking even greater happiness, then: - Begin by defining what makes you happy
- Set your goals to make your life how you want it to be
- Take action to get you there
