You probably know some of the words or the chorus to some happy songs, but occasionally there are those that escape you, or you discover, in one of those most embarassing situations - you've been getting them wrong all these years. Not that it matters of course so long as you're happy.
If I may be so bold as to include a dediction on my website, then the first one is dedicated to a dear departed nephew Philip, and also a brother, Ray who loved life so much... and to the masters of entertainment themselves Morecambe and Wise.
Whether you want them to cheer yourself up or for the local quiz night or trivia game, here are a few to get you started. All but the first one have 'happy' or 'happiness' in the title.
I hope your favourite will be amongst these.
Tip: Hearing a happy song, whether for real or playing it in your head - will usually lift your mood. Unless it is one you positively hate of course.

This one always makes me feel happy.
This song was the theme tune for the Morecambe and Wise show in the U.K. This duo were extremely popular and many people would say that without them, Saturday night TV has never been the same.
